Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is mice and wasps. Upon arrival I spoke with Maria. She showed me on the back porch heavy wasp activity. Also heavy mice activity in the garage. I started off inspecting the garage. I observed heavy mouse droppings throughout. I placed rodent bait stations at each mother of the garage and one along the ledge against the wall where droppings were seen. I also placed glue boards along the perimeter to help monitor for insect activity. On the exterior, I placed a rodent bait stations by the AC unit and one in front of the house to help rodent control. I then inspected for termites. I am happy to report no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with mice. I started off inspecting the basement. I placed rodent bait stations in the unit out closets where I saw mice droppings. I also placed station in the sump pump closet along the sill plate. I also placed glue boards in that room as well to help with centipede activity. A rodent station was also placed in the closet under the staircase. In the garage, I noticed the weather strip on the garage door was damaged. I recommend having that fixed to keep rodents out. I placed two bait stations at each corner of the garage door. I then inspected for termites. No termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. I noticed a gap by the AC unit where utility lines are going into the home. Today I completed your Termite Sentricon Installation Service. After an inspection of your basement (older & newer) and around the exterior, no signs or evidence of termites was found today. Your contractor believes he removed all of what he thought was the termite ‘damage’ in the one corner of home. 16 Sentricon HD stations were installed around the exterior perimeter of home. Completed service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of home. Started off by inspecting interior rodent bait stations, and refreshing glue boards in basement. Light activity found on stations in basement, and bait was replenished. Next, exterior station was inspected as well as termite monitors were inspected. Happy to report, no termite activity found. Heavy rodent activity, and bait was replenished. Visible spider webs were removed and a liquid application was applied to foundation, as well as around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. Heavy rat activity throughout. I placed a large rat station on each side of the exterior of the barn. I also placed a rat station in the one storage room where you were seeing mice dig in the ground. I then headed to the detached garage. I placed 3 mouse bait stations along the left of the garage. By the house I placed a large rodent bait station by the AC unit. I then inspected for termites.
